The Stamper is used for nail stamping, you must first have a nail stamping plate.
1. Rip the film on the stamp plate,
2 put a drop of glaze in the pattern you want, then use the scraper to place the nail polish evenly,
3. Press the stamp on the pattern and then print on your nails.
