Yoga stretch / stability block

Made of EVA foam and includes two modules that can be used to provide the required stability in certain postures and the ability to perform deeper postures in other postures.

Resistance band

It also includes 4 solid color non-slip latex resistance bands with different resistance levels to increase the difficulty of posing and improve stability. Resistance bands can be worn on the arms or legs to highlight various postures.
